Registration for the 2026 College Application Initiative (CAI) is now open, and we invite your school to be part of one of New York's most impactful college access efforts. So far, over 370 high schools have registered to participate in this year's campaign.
The College Application Initiative (CAI) is a statewide program that encourages high school seniors to apply to college by setting aside dedicated time to submit at least one college application with guidance from counselors, teachers, and school staff.
